Zorro came to live with me in 2022. He was a rescue cat with a lived in face and a mysterious past who had aquired a reputation at the rescue centre for having a bit of an attitude, despite his toothless bite. He also had FIV, which meant putting his life on the streets behind him and settling down in his later years as a house cat away from all the scrapes and hijinks he'd been used to.

The truth was Zorro had no trouble with this scenario and took no time at all to find his paws in this new way of life. He immediately showed himself to be gentle soul and only stuck his face out the door occaisionally to sniff the air before going back inside to settle in his favourite chair.

He was playful and loving with a polite and friendly manner that proved his previous reputation was nothing but an ill deserved indignity. He loved being with me, he was interested in other people and we never had a cross word.

He was an older cat who had fallen on hard times and needed a friend. He stayed for four and half years and I have never missed a cat so much.

So long old puss cat.
