I shoot digital, I shoot film, I'm a linux user and an advocate of FOSS photography and the fediverse at large.

I no longer use conventional social media but I am experimenting with independent and [open source](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open_source?ref=michael-k.uk) alternatives based in the [fediverse](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fediverse?ref=michael-k.uk) and beyond, so have a look at my [Ipernity](http://www.ipernity.com/michael-k?ref=michael-k.uk) and [Mastodon](https://photog.social/@michael?ref=michael-k.uk) and consider giving them a go if you’re looking for a different experience online.

This government must be held accountable for their authoritarian attempts to erode our freedoms and ways of life.
